Missouri Botanical Gardens Fall

During the Fall of 2015 I wanted to take some fall color shots, so I visited the Missouri Botanical Gardens (MOBOT) to find some spots to shoot. This one required me to set up my tripod on small rocks in the middle of a little stream leading to this pond with a view of the Japanese style bridge on the far end & lovely fall colors all about. This has since become one of my best selling photographs. It’s a prime example of healing art designed to reduce staff & patient stress in medical facilities based upon research in medical facility design referred to as evidence based design, which shows that engrossing nature photography is one of the best types of art for this purpose.
